3. Service Agreement and Qualification

Our services are provided on a qualification basis. By submitting a contact form or inquiry:

You acknowledge that we will review your requirements
We reserve the right to accept or decline service requests
Qualified prospects will be contacted within 24-48 hours
Service terms will be negotiated individually based on project scope

4. Pricing and Payment Terms

Our lead generation services are priced per qualified lead as follows:

Social Media Leads: $45 per qualified lead
Multi-Channel Campaign: $35 per qualified lead
Enterprise Solution: $25 per qualified lead

All pricing is subject to minimum commitments and may vary based on specific requirements. Custom consulting services are priced separately based on project scope.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Landforms and its licensors. The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information
Cooperate in good faith during service delivery
Maintain confidentiality of proprietary methodologies
Make timely payments as agreed
Provide necessary access to systems and data as required

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding:

8. Service Level Commitments

We commit to:

Deliver services according to agreed timelines

In no event shall Landforms, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties
